Around the same time, the couple ventured into car rentals through Turo. They rapidly expanded their fleet from one car to ten within a year, eventually adding a brand-new Tesla Model S to their collection, alongside an array of classic and awe-inspiring vehicles.

A tech-savvy individual well-connected within the industry, James has also made his mark in commercial real estate. Establishing a national chain of i502 retail stores, culminating in a successful exit during 2016. Following this venture, James served 2 years as the COO for Washington states largest I502 company.

She transitioned from a flourishing career in sales to the demanding field of healthcare, where she now adeptly manages a team of over 250 nurses in the Neuro Critical Care Unit.
Holding a Master's Degree in Nursing, Victoria is on a relentless pursuit of excellence and growth, currently working towards a Master’s in Business Administration with aspirations of ascending to Director and ultimately, Chief Nursing Officer positions.
Her remarkable drive and vast knowledge base extend to her passion for luxury real estate and engagement in peer-to-peer networks, showcasing her as a dynamic and tech-savvy leader in the industry. Victoria's impressive portfolio, valued at $10 million, encompasses a diverse range of short-term rental investments, including houses, cars, and boats, further solidifying her prowess and commitment to excellence in her multifaceted career.
